Fe/SiO2催化剂的快速制备及催化生长碳纳米管

以纳米二氧化硅吸附和分散FeCl3.6H2O,采用旋转蒸发-高温还原法合成出Fe/SiO2催化剂。采用化学气相沉积法制备碳纳米管,使用SEM和TEM对产物进行了表征。结果表明,当Fe/(SiO2 Fe)(物质的量比)为17.5%时,能够制备出高质量的直径为30~50nm的多壁碳纳米管。     

Nitric oxide suppresses stomatal opening by inhibiting inward-rectifying K_(in)~ channels in Arabidopsis guard cells

We explore nitric oxide (NO) effect on K in channels in Arabidopsis guard cells. We observed NO inhib- ited K in currents when Ca2 chelator EGTA (Ethylene glycol-bis(2-aminoethylether)-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid) was not added in the pipette solution; K in currents were not sensitive to NO when cytosolic Ca2 was chelated by EGTA. NO inhibited the Arabidopsis stomatal opening, but when EGTA was added in the bath solution, inhibition effect of NO on stomatal opening vanished. Thus, it implies that NO ele- vates cytosolic Ca2 by activating plasma membrane Ca2 channels firstly, then inactivates K in chan- nels, resulting in stomatal opening suppressed subsequently.

Family I.3 lipase: bacterial lipases secreted by the type I secretion system

Based on the classification of bacterial lipolytic enzymes, family I.3 lipase is a member of the large group of Gram-negative bacterial true lipases. This lipase family is distinguished from other families not only by the amino acid sequence, but also by the secretion mechanism. Lipases of family I.3 are secreted via the well-known type I secretion system. Like most of proteins secreted via this system, family I.3 lipases are composed of two domains with distinct yet related functions. Recent years have seen an increasing amount of research on this lipase family, in terms of isolation, secretion mechanism, as well as biochemical and biophysical studies. This review describes our current knowledge on the structure-function relationships of family I.3 lipase, with an emphasis on its secretion mechanism. 分析了宜宾热源公司热电厂锅炉给水处理工艺的问题，指出因为原采用二级钠离子软化工艺水质不达标，造成频繁爆管，严重影响生产的不良后果．介绍了技术改造措施及效果：在原工艺基础上引入复床，将给水硬度控制在2．0μmol／L以下，碱度、氯根及电导率电得到控制，系统运行将近一年，水质稳定，锅炉运行正常安全，不仅消除了以前的生产隐患，而且节约了大量运行成本．
